SECRET FOOD TOUR: TOUR WAIVER AND IMAGE CONSENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our Tours carry with them an element of risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. These include risks relating to unfavourable weather conditions, food sickness, allergic reactions, exposure to other participants, motor vehicles, pedestrians and conditions in public venues largely beyond our control. We also operate in numerous locations where local customs and practices may differ from the country where you originate.  We therefore request that all participants review the below before undertaking one of our tours.   

Rules

• You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times.
• You are in good health and do not have physical or mental conditions that could increase your risk of injury during the tour. 
• You must act respectfully, particularly of local customs, always. 
• You must not participate if you under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs. 
• You will notify us in advance of a tour departure of any dietary requirements, including allergies, that you have and acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens on our Tours.
• You must follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by your tour guide. 
• We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating if you have concerns. 

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, participation in one of our Tours is entirely at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any theft, damage, destruction or loss of your property or belongings whilst you participate in one of our Tours. 

IMAGES

During the course of our Tours our guides may take pictures (‘Images’) of you and any minor children in your care.  By participating in one of Tours you consent to us using any Images taken on our social media channels.  We will ensure that we comply with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the Image and will process you details in accordance with the Privacy Notice  set out on our website. If you do not wish to be included in any pictures, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE CONTENT OF THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE SIGNING

On behalf of myself and any minor children who I have legal responsibility for I hereby agree to comply with the Rules set out above and, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge Essor Ltd., and any of its subsidiaries, trading as Secret Food Tours and its agents, employees, officers, affiliates, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, expenses, causes of action, damages and liabilities arising from or in any way related to participation in a Tour and consent to the use of Images as detailed above. 
I have read and fully understand the terms of this Tour Waiver and Image Consent and accept them freely.
