Marie was very knowledgeable and was able to deliver the information with ease and joy. She also gave suggestions on other places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Would highly recommend for people visiting Quebec for the first time.

Claude was a terrific guide - excellent command of local/national history. He was friendly and engaging. We enjoyed all of the stops on the tour and ate at several great restaurants we had read about in travel guides/posts. Our favorite dishes were the duck carpaccio and lions mane mushroom at La Buchette; and the maple taffy at La Bouche. Our teenage daughter also gave the experience two thumbs-up!

Marie was excellent!! Very knowledgeable and we learned so much history of the region and local foods . We went to restaurants and a local grocery store that you would not never go to as a tourist.
