Claude was a terrific guide - excellent command of local/national history. He was friendly and engaging. We enjoyed all of the stops on the tour and ate at several great restaurants we had read about in travel guides/posts. Our favorite dishes were the duck carpaccio and lions mane mushroom at La Buchette; and the maple taffy at La Bouche. Our teenage daughter also gave the experience two thumbs-up!

Marie was excellent!! Very knowledgeable and we learned so much history of the region and local foods . We went to restaurants and a local grocery store that you would not never go to as a tourist.
