We took part in the Modena food tour during the Christmas holidays and we were absolutely thrilled! The tour lasted about 4 hours and allowed us to discover the true delights of Modena, from excellent sweet and savoury treats to iconic local products such as balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and much more.

I also loved the characteristic trattoria we visited, where the atmosphere felt truly local and the dishes were outstanding.
The route and all the stops were well planned and felt local and authentic.

A special highlight was our stop at Pasticceria San Biagio, where we enjoyed their succulent, beautifully crafted sweets, an unforgettable treat, in addition to the unforgettable balsamic vinegar stop.

I had a great food tour in Modena with Robby, a very fun and knowledgeable guide! The stops we made were all delicious, both sweet and savoury ones. Modena food tour is great because you do not walk in the crowd, you get to know places where the locals go and enjoy these at a slow pace. Do not have breakfast, you are going to have a lot 😉
